Terms of Service

By placing an order with our panel, you automatically accept all the terms of service listed below, whether you have read them or not. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing every order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or future changes.

General Usage

  • You will only use our website in a manner that complies with all agreements made with social media websites on their individual Terms of Service pages.
  • Our rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The terms remain in effect in the event of rate changes.
  • We do not guarantee delivery times for any services. We provide our best estimation for when the order will be delivered, but these are only estimations and we will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
  • We strive to deliver exactly what is expected by our re-sellers. We reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.

Agreement

  • By registering or using our services, you agree that you have read and fully understood these terms of service, and EthicalSMM will not be held liable for any loss for users who have not read the terms of service.
  • EthicalSMM SMM Panel will only be used to promote your Telegram, Twitter, TikTok, or other social accounts and help boost your "appearance" only.
  • We do not force you to add funds or place orders on our website.
  • Our services will never engage with your posts or videos.
  • We do not guarantee that your new followers will interact with you; we guarantee that you will receive the followers you pay for.
  • We do not guarantee that all accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, though we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
  • You will not upload anything to the EthicalSMM site that includes nudity or any material not accepted or suitable for the social media community.

Limitations and Restrictions

  • Famousprovider does not guarantee full delivery within 24 hours. We make no guarantees for delivery times. We provide our best estimation for orders when placing them. These are estimates, and if you sell on a website requiring time-sensitive results, use Famousprovider at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for loss of funds, negative reviews, or bans due to late delivery.
  • Always read the description before placing an order.
  • Make sure your followers, likes, and views counters are not hidden, and accounts must be public before you order.
  • Instagram private IDs and Facebook profile lock IDs will not work.
  • Do not place two orders at the same time for the same link. Wait for the first order to be completed before placing a new one.
  • No refund in case of incorrect link entered, so place orders carefully.
  • We work on a start count + quantity = final quantity basis.
  • For increasing Instagram followers, use the profile URL, not just the username.
  • For likes on a post, use the post link only.
  • We cannot cancel or edit any order after it is placed unless there is a problem with the order. Ensure you place the correct order.
  • If you change your account to private or your video/post is deleted after placing the order, we will mark the order as cancelled.
  • Do not order for porn, politics, extremism, or any content that stirs public opinion accounts.
  • We will suspend your account if you manipulate adding funds or threaten, abuse, or misbehave with our support team.
  • You cannot fully rely on descriptions or average times; these are just our estimates. Services may experience quality fluctuations, and descriptions may not be 100% accurate. Test services with smaller orders before placing large ones.
  • By placing a new order, you accept these rules.

Refill Policy

  • No refill if you change the username or make the account private.
  • Refill is only for order IDs, not for links. If the link does not work for that order, we cannot refill.
  • Refill periods vary but usually occur within 24-72 hours.
  • The refill system works according to the "start count + order quantity = end count" for each order. For example, if your start count is 1000 and you order 1000, you will get a refill if it drops below 2000. Refill requests may be rejected if the drop is less than 5%.
  • If you have ordered followers and a drop occurs, request a refill through the orders page or contact us via WhatsApp. Do not place a new order until the first one is fully refilled.
  • If your account has a large number of followers (e.g., 100K) and you order 10K, drops from old followers cannot be refilled. Ensure all followers are ordered from our panel for proper tracking and refills.
  • No refills for orders with a base of 1M followers if less than 200K is ordered. You should order more than 20% of the existing count. For large follower bases, use one panel only.
  • If you order a refill service after placing a no-refill service order on an ID, it will be marked as "old drops" and cannot be refilled.
  • Cheapest services may take up to one week for refills.
  • For faster refills, use non-drop category services.

Order Status

  • Partially Completed: The remaining quantity is refunded. For example, if you ordered 1000 and it shows 500 partial, 50% of the payment is refunded.
  • Speed Up: We cannot adjust the speed of an order. It will be completed in its own time. Check the average time before ordering.
  • Cancelled: A cancelled order means it is fully refunded. If you request cancellation for a running order, it may be possible for some services but not for fast-working services.
